Wanderlust Women is an initiative born out of the need to normalise Muslim women exploring and being visible in the great outdoors. They are a hiking and adventure group that provides like-minded women with the space, knowledge, and skills to traverse green spaces with  onfidence.

Rydal in the Lake District offers stunning scenery. Rydal Caves provide lake views, easy trails, and caves to explore. We'll hike to the cave, then take a circular route to Rydal waterfall and the beautiful Gardens in Rydal. Originally a 19th-century quarry, Rydal Cave is now open to the public, offering a scenic walk through White Moss woods and a visit to the stunning waterfall. Expect some uphill terrain with elevation.
