At Columbia, your hooded puffer jacket will either be insulated with synthetic insulation or down which has been certified to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS).

We make sure that our supply chain is traced and verified for responsible sourcing. We also ensure that the manufacturing partners we cooperate with share our values.

When it comes to our synthetic insulation, some examples of padding materials used are Omni-Heat™ Synthetic Down 100% Recycled Polyester and Thermarator™ 100% polyester. It is also common for the lining and shell of the hooded jackets to be made of 100% polyester.
