About the Pushy Mothers

Pushy Mothers is Britain’s best-known pregnancy and postnatal fitness brand. We were founded by the country’s leading exercise professionals and are dedicated to providing safe, specific and effective exercise for mums and mums-to-be.

Since our wheels started rolling back in 2001, the Pushy Mums have been focused on outdoor fitness as a way for new mums to keep fit. Developing our unique system of exercises along the way we have pushed thousands of postnatal women back into shape in the parks and open spaces of Britain.

The Pushy Mothers Philosophy is to help support women in this exciting chapter of their lives (becoming a mum!) and to give them the most up to date and legitimate exercise information. Our training course is the ONLY one in the UK to have medical accreditations from the Royal College of Midwives and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Women’s Health so the mums can trust they are in capable hands with our Pushy Team.

Our passion for the great outdoors and training close to Mother Nature herself is passed on to each and every mum empowering her with a sense of achievement and to get her back on track physically as well as emotionally. Our hope is that leading by example, the babies will come to know exercise and keeping active as part of everyday life, benefiting this and the next generation.

Our instructor training course has been accredited by The Royal College of Midwives  and awarded a commendation by the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Women’s Health.
