Our Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of the shipping date by sending it back to us free of charge. This return period exceeds your statutory right of cancellation of 14 days. For more information on your right of cancellation see our Terms & Conditions.
Columbia returns are free and easy to handle. To return your online purchase, please follow the following steps:
- 1/ Contact us for a return authorization number.
- 2/ You will receive an email with your return label to print out and stick to the outside of your return parcel.
- 3/ Fill out the return form included in your delivery and join it to your return parcel.
- 4/ Drop off your return at your local post office. You won’t pay any return costs!
Please note: apparel must be in original, unworn condition with tags still attached; footwear must be in original, unworn condition, and in its original box.

We process returns within 2 business days, and you will receive an email from us when your return has been processed. If you have questions, feel free to contact us. Please allow up to 14 days for Columbia to process your refund. Refunds do not include delivery costs.
The fastest way to get a replacement item is to place a new order! Place your new order for the item you would like, and return the one you don’t need. We will process your return and refund once we receive your package. We don’t propose any direct exchanges.
